    Shipping policy

    The price of shipping depends on the product and destination.

    The buyer is responsible for the correct delivery of data at the time of purchase. If the shipment goes wrong, due to an error made by the buyer, we are not responsible for (partial) loss of the order. If we need additional data to send the shipment, we will contact the buyer for this purpose. This may lead to a delay in shipment.

    We will make every effort to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery time.

    If the buyer receives a product that he did not order, he must inform us by e-mail as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the order).

    The buyer may also return the product in its original condition and packaging, undamaged and unused, without giving any reason up to 14 days after receipt. You will then be refunded immediately. The return costs in this case will not be refunded.

    If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, he should contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via the e-mail address below or by phone. We will then decide how the matter will be handled.

    If the customer returns the product, without contacting us first, he cannot recover the costs incurred from us.

    If the order is lost in transit or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if the tracking information shows this), an investigation procedure will start with the carrier. To keep customer satisfaction high, we will provide an appropriate solution for the customer as soon as possible. Usually, we first wait for this investigation procedure and then a new product will be sent or the purchase price will be refunded. Both we and the customer must give their full cooperation to the carrier.

    If the order is returned because the delivery could not take place after several delivery attempts and telephone contact. We will contact the buyer. The return and transport costs are borne by the buyer. The order can be sent again provided the correct details are supplied.

    If a shipment has still not been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address 14 days after the shipping date, he is obliged to contact us by e-mail within 5 days (i.e. no later than 19 days after the shipping date).

     

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    You will receive a correct timing in the confirmation e-mail when your order can be sent.
    We always aim to have stock. However, as these are hand-made products with a long production time, we cannot always guarantee this.
    Products for which the colour (sail) can be chosen, you should count on 10 days of production.
    Most orders can be shipped within 3 weeks, at the latest. Should this take longer, the order can be cancelled free of charge. The exact delivery time is given I the confirmation e-mail.

    Shipping times:
    Benelux – 1 to 4 days
    European Union – 4 to 10 days
    UK and other islands – 5 to 14 days
    Countries outside the EU – +14 days.

    The above expected shipping time depends on country and location. We usually ship the order within the2 was days.

    An order for a foreign, remote area also often takes longer than a capital. This expected delivery time is indicated in working days. You track the smaller parcel (Parcel) with the tracking information sent, which also indicates the carrier’s current shipping time. The larger parcels and pallets are sent by truck (Freight) and it is not always possible to obtain live tracking information.
