How do I buy something?
You can order in our webshop or contact us by e-mail or by the contact form on the website.
All products can be shipped. The goods can also be collected in our workshop by appointment.
B2B: Orders for business purposes are possible. You can register as a professional buyer. We will contact you with the details and cooperation opportunities.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made here in de webshop with credit card, banconact, SOFORT, Giropay and Ideal.
How much is shipping?
Add the desired product(s) to the shopping cart to calculate the shipping cost of your order.
For larger and heavier pieces the ” Request a quote” button will appear in the cart. Click “Request a quote” and enter your destination to get a shipping estimate.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
After the registration of your order, we do have to manufacture the order (handmade in our workshop) or the goods can be picked out of the stock. For the personalization of products, the production time is +-2 weeks.
Shipping time of international deliveries may vary. We do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Track and trace code of the shipment (if available) will be sent directly after we ship your order.
How do I return items and get a refund?
Return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. A condition is that the product is not damaged and the original packaging is still intact. Download the cancellation form here. Fill it out and send it in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org saying you would like to make a return. Put the item you would like to return back in the original packaging, make sure it’s adequately packaged and send it to:

In case of a defect, the costs for returning the product are on us. If you would like to return your order for a different reason, the costs are for the customer.

Our products are manufactured by hand in our atelier in Belgium. And therefore undergo plenty of rigorous quality checks at all critical stages of the production. With decades of experience in the outdoor industry, we can ensure you will receive a product that will bring you joy for years!
